Hospitality aprons take a beating. They are worn eight hours a day, splashed with everything in the kitchen, and washed at temperatures that destroy cheap cloth and cheaper stitching. Most branded aprons are bought on price and replaced twice a year.
Styles
Full bib aprons with adjustable neck straps. Waist and half aprons for front of house. Cross-back styles that take the weight off the neck over a long shift — popular with baristas and chefs. Short bistro aprons. Child sizes for cookery schools. Pockets where you actually want them, in the number you want, sized for an order pad, a thermometer or a phone.
Fabric
Cotton canvas and drill for durability, denim where you want the look, and lighter cotton for front of house. We can use stain-resistant and flame-retardant cloth where the setting requires it. Tell us how it will be laundered and we will pick something that survives it.
Branding
Embroidered logos on the chest or pocket, and staff names if you want them — names cost very little on top and customers respond to them. Contrast straps, webbing and stitching in your brand colours are all possible without a big surcharge.
Repairs and replacements
Because we are local and we made them, we can repair and replace individually rather than you reordering a whole batch when three aprons fail. Bring them in.
Things buyers ask
What is the minimum order for aprons?
Low. A small cafe kitting out five or six staff is a perfectly normal order for us. Tell us the number and we will price it.
Can you match our brand colours?
Within the range of cloth available, yes, and contrast straps and stitching give more scope. Send us your colour references at enquiry.
Will they survive commercial laundry?
That is what we build them for. Tell us the wash temperature and whether they go through an industrial press, and we will specify cloth and thread accordingly.
Can you add staff names?
Yes. Names are inexpensive to add alongside a logo and they make a noticeable difference front of house.
Can you copy the aprons we already use?
Usually. Send us one. We will pattern it, quote to reproduce it, and normally point out a couple of things worth improving.
