Most promotional suppliers are resellers. They take your order, send it abroad, and you wait eight weeks to find out whether the stitching is any good. We are a production floor — industrial machines, cutting tables and people who have spent their careers making garments for fashion labels. The same equipment makes your bags and aprons.

You can visit. You can see a sample before the run is cut. You can change something at proof stage without losing a month. And because we are cutting in-house, the minimum order is what we say it is rather than whatever a container load dictates — small runs are genuinely welcome.

A price per unit at your quantity, with the cost of any artwork setup stated separately.

We make one and send it, or you come and look at it. Nothing is cut in bulk until you approve.

Cut and sewn here. We tell you if anything slips, rather than going quiet.
Things buyers ask
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the item and whether the artwork needs setting up, but our minimums are far lower than an importer's. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you straight whether it is viable — we would rather say no than take a job we cannot do well.
Are these made in the UK?
Yes. Everything is cut and sewn in our own studio at Burch Rd, Northfleet, Kent — we do not use outside factories, at any quantity. You are welcome to visit and see your order being made.
Can we see a sample first?
Always. We make a sample and you approve it before anything is cut in bulk. For a first order with a new customer we strongly recommend it.
Can you match a product we already buy?
Usually. Send us the existing item. We can take it apart, pattern it and quote to reproduce it, often improving the construction while we are there.
Do you supply the fabric or do we?
Either. We can source cloth to your spec and budget, or cut yours. If you are supplying, send a sample first so we can check it behaves.
How long does a bulk order take?
It depends on quantity and whether we are sourcing fabric. We give you a real date at quote stage and tell you early if anything threatens it.
Can you add logos?
Yes — embroidery is done in-house. See embroidery and garment decoration for artwork requirements.
